When Can You Request an Exchange?
We only accept exchanges in case of a genuine issue from our end, such as:
- You received a wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received a damaged item
How to Request an Exchange?
- Email us at themoonchicclothing@gmail.com or DM us on @_themoonchic within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear images/videos of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and get back to you.
- If approved refund as a store credit will be recieved within 7 days
Important Notes
- We do not offer exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or personal preferences.
- The product must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit as per availability.
